After you have checked availability and prices
to proceed to confirm your booking a deposit is payable
there are three options:-

1.	Click to make booking and pay on line securely with your debit or credit card
2.	or telephone us with your debit or credit card details between 10am - 10pm
3.	or send us your cheque payable to Ascot Hotel please only use this option if essential as we are not normally able to reserve rooms until we have received your payment - please telephone or contact us to let us know you are sending your cheque.

Once we have received your payment we will forward written confirmation of your booking. Please check that the information is correct and contact us upon receipt if any alterations
are required.

Rooms are available from 1pm onwards on arrival day, and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. You may check in upto 11pm, but we can normally make arrangements if you intend to arrive later, but please telephone in advance to let us know.

The balance of the booking fee is payable on arrival - this helps avoid a long wait when everyone leaves at the same time. Payment can be made by cash, most debit or credit cards, or cheque upto the value of your guarantee card.

In the event of cancellation deposits are not refundable
We recommend that you arrange holiday insurance in the event of cancellation.
If you need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible so that we can try to re-let your accommodation.
